- Implemented its SAP Bolt-On product (OptiGST) to function as the on-premise ASP solution in client’s SAP ERP instance working together with the chosen GSP
- Mapped customer-specific data-identifiers (SAP) as OptiGST configuration
- Automated-extraction of GST data from SAP transactions as scheduled daily jobs
- Provides data validation logs for missing parameters (e.g.: GSTIN number, Place of supply)
- Maps automatically SAP parameters to GSTN parameters (Eg: Place of Supply State code, UQC)
- Users have options to view registers, verify error logs, take actions and mark GST Returns as confirmed (ready for transfer)
- Users can directly transfer GST Returns (GSTR1) from SAP ERP to GSTN, using OptiGST GSTR1 SAVE options
- No download (spreadsheet/ JSON files): Data is passed from ERP to GSTN via API calls in JSON format after encoding & encryption
- Provides FETCH option for users to retrieve the Saved data back from GSTN for verification.
- Distribution option for input tax credit for Services procured by Head Office (based on the turnover of the receiving units)
- Vendor invoices: Automated GSTR2A Fetch (from GSTN portal, without any spreadsheet / JSON file download
- Vendor GST Reconciliation based on OptiGST Purchase Register and GSTR2A to identify missing / mismatch documents
