The Workflow
The solution starts from the annual budget allocation. Activities are created when a marketing manager decide to spend an amount from budget. When ever a new activity is planned, marketing team create an activity and request for a budget approval. Once the budget approval is received from the appropriate level, tasks are created and assigned to Vendors. Vendors accepts and claim completion of task, when marketing team approves it, vendors can upload the invoice.
