The Workflow
The solution starts with the annual budget allocation. Activities are created when a marketing manager decides to spend an amount from the budget. Whenever a new activity is planned, the marketing team create an activity and request for budget approval. Once the budget approval is received from the appropriate level, tasks are created and assigned to Vendors. Vendors accept and claim completion of task when the marketing team approves it, vendors can upload the invoice.
