IVL celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 across the offices in Mum and Tvm with the inspiring theme “Give to Gain,” reinforcing a culture rooted in appreciation, inclusivity and collaboration. The days came alive as IVLions dressed in shades of white, green, and purple – symbolizing unity and togetherness. In the spirit of inclusivity, thoughtfully customized welcome cards with chocolates were handed over to male colleagues also, making it a unique experience.
The “Gift a Surprise” initiative brought smiles and strengthened bonds through a delightful gift exchange among women employees. Adding to the celebration, male colleagues shared specially recommended IWD Title badges for women, recognizing their unique talents and invaluable contributions.
The event encouraged cross-functional collaboration through events like IWD quizzes, Main Talk and fun activities. Interactive stalls featuring food, snacks, and creatives showcased a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all.
