Rajesh Thampy / Director – Enterprise business Applications
Rajesh Thampy is responsible for the enterprise business applications and technical operations of the company. During his 20 year old career, Rajesh has supported clients in better understanding their industries and adjacencies, competitors and relative position in order to identify and exploit avenues for more rapid growth and enhanced performance.
Rajesh has worked extensively in Design, Development, Documentation, Data migration and Post implementation support. He has rich experience in management of several end-to-end projects and product implementations.
He has led technical teams of various sizes and is experienced in various interfacing techniques between SAP and other third party products. He possesses professional degree in Electronics Engineering and SAP certification.

Jiju Thomas Mathew / Chief Technology officer
He is the co-founder of Amazon Webservices User Group in Trivandrum. He has taken interest in implementing cutting edge technologies for many MNCs and brands. Currently Jiju is the Chief Technology Officer for IVL and in charge of Cloud Services and R&D.
RINE A / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ( Innovation & New Product Development)
Rine comes with over two decades of expertise in SAP domain. He has played crucial role in setting up a strong product engineering practice for IVL.
He has architected various SAP Add-on products named ProActivate, OptiMobility and OptiExim, which has been accepted in the large number of SAP customer installed based across the world. Apart from this, Rine brings to the organization a wealth of experience in SAP business with Managing SAP projects, SAP consultancy, and multiple client engagements.
Vineeth K Kandathil / Head – Digital Product delivery and implementation
Vineeth is a leader with over 15 years of track record in IT. He is strategic visionary and demonstrated ability to inspire/mentor teams to create world class products.
He worked with many global clients (some of which are fortune 100 companies) during his career and helped them to create products for their journey in digital world. Currently Vineeth heads the digital products division of IVL.
Gireesh G / Head – Enterprise products delivery and implementation
Gireesh is responsible for the delivery operations of the SAP Add on products and the product implementation practice. During his 18 year old career, he has extensively managed and successfully delivered the add on product solutions in SAP with an excellent track record of 150 plus clients/projects pertaining to varying industry verticals like Pharma, Automobile, FMCG, Agriculture & other industry sectors.
Gireesh has worked largely in design, development, implementation, support, consulting and imparting training in various SAP domains. ABAP, Workflow consulting, CIN(Country India Version) consulting, indirect taxation are some of the core areas where he has provided outstanding contributions during his SAP consulting tenure. He was the key player involved in handling the end to end delivery of GST add on product implementations.
He has led teams of various sizes in his career. His excellent leadership, team management and client interaction skills enabled him to create continuous success stories in delivery as well as ensured constant growth in implementation practice. He was also part of the core team in SAP in releasing and supporting solutions for the major tax reforms like VAT & Education Cess.
Anand S Nair /Advisory Consultant (Digital Products & Services)
Anand S Nair comes with extensive hands-on experience in the software industry. He has proven track record in SAP & Non-SAP platforms. He has gained technology expertise with Oracle & other client-server technologies too.
Anand supports & leads IVL, as the Advisory Consultant for Digital Products & Services.His work experience proves his passion towards software product development.
He has been instrumental and involved in designing the architecture of SAP add-on products. He also has wide expertise in both the government-based as well as the private sector. He has served the position of the Head of the Software Development Cell, Corps of EME, Indian Army. He also has previous experience of holding the position of General Manager/ VP at IVL India Pvt Ltd and the Sr. VP at Synergy Log-in Systems Limited. He holds his post-graduation in M.Tech from IIT Madras.

Praseed comes with valuable hands on experience in managing and setting up various business ventures. He has been involved in the areas of Business Analysis and Product Development of the previous companies. His skills and acumen in spearheading the various activities helped to implement projects successfully.
With years of experience in the field of ICT and Software, he constantly works on new technology initiatives to become the leading force in conceiving software products and also participates with its evolution stages.
