The challenge
Each product vertical and segment needed its own export document formats, which slowed processing and led to errors.
With high volumes of inbound and outbound shipments, it was hard to see where each shipment was in real time.
The solution
IVL implemented OptiEXIM in SAP S/4HANA on RISE with SAP. Export and import documents are generated from SAP data in consistent formats for every segment.
EPCG, RoDTEP and duty drawback are managed in OptiEXIM, with the financial entries posted to SAP FI. OptiTrack AI adds live container tracking.
