A leading Indian manufacturer of automotive engine components and precision-engineered products, exporting spare parts, consumables and other components, and a user of IVL’s EXIM solution since 2010.
The challenge
Spare parts, consumables and other automotive components each had their own packing list requirements, which added time, effort and the risk of errors.
After many years on IVL’s EXIM solution, the company needed its legacy EXIM transactions moved to SAP BTP, for business continuity and to modernise.
The solution
IVL moved the legacy EXIM transactions to OptiEXIMc on SAP BTP.
The company was the first to adopt IVL’s e-BRC solution, integrated with the DGFT portal through an API, for streamlined e-BRC processing. Duty drawback and RoDTEP are tracked and monitored centrally in OptiEXIMc.

- Faster, error-free export documentation, driven by the system
