IVL celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 across the offices in Mum and Tvm with the inspiring theme “Give to Gain,” reinforcing a culture rooted in appreciation, inclusivity and collaboration. The days came alive as IVLions dressed in shades of white, green, and purple – symbolizing unity and togetherness. In the spirit of inclusivity, thoughtfully customized welcome cards with chocolates were handed over to male colleagues also, making it a unique experience.
The “Gift a Surprise” initiative brought smiles and strengthened bonds through a delightful gift exchange among women employees. Adding to the celebration, male colleagues shared specially recommended IWD Title badges for women, recognizing their unique talents and invaluable contributions.
The event encouraged cross-functional collaboration through events like IWD quizzes, Main Talk and fun activities. Interactive stalls featuring food, snacks, and creatives showcased a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all. A heartfelt thank you to all IVLions and the Leadership teams for making this celebration truly meaningful, inclusive and memorable.

79th Independence Day Celebration at Innoval Trivandrum

Innoval Trivandrum proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day on Thursday, 14th August 2025, with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The office was adorned in a vibrant tricolor theme, creating a festive atmosphere filled with pride and unity.

The celebration began with a warm welcome and an inspiring address that set the tone for the day. Patriotic melodies filled the air through soulful solo and group performances, followed by an engaging quiz that brought energy and excitement to the audience. The Independence Day pledge united everyone in a moment of reflection and national pride.

The event also featured a certificate distribution ceremony recognizing achievers from various IVL House activities such as Cricket, Chess, Table Tennis, Darts, and Badminton. The celebration concluded with a lively group dance performance, leaving everyone in high spirits and marking a memorable end to the day.

The IWD 2025 theme calls for action that can unlock equal rights, power and opportunities for all and a future where no one is left behind. At IVL, the events from 05-07 Mar, 2025 reminded that this is part of our DNA and is truly practiced. A flash mob marked the start of celebrations followed by an online quiz highlighting the social, economic cultural, sports, technical and political achievements of women. The Women Entrepreneur Stalls showcased creativity, selling skills and talent outside work. Our Guest speaker – Ms. Anjali Vinod spoke on styling for all; tips and tricks to enhance one’s personality to rightly fit into the occasion and get the best out of self. Celebrating IWD 2025 with #IVLCares where IVLions were treated to a variety of snacks; cakes with special flavours prepared by specially abled volunteers from the Different Art Centre (Magic Planet, Tvm) was truly touching and meaningful.
On Friday; the men at IVL warmly welcomed their lady colleagues and treated them with roses and sweets and in turn they were appreciated by specially designed IWD cards and sweets. The women connect sessions fostered a deeper engagement and Gift-A-Surprise where women exchanged thoughtful gifts celebrated each other’s strength and support. And the IWD badges were presented by IVL men to appreciate and honour the women colleagues.

We started with a delightful potluck where everyone shared delicious dishes, creating a feast to remember. Our Bay Decoration Contest added a creative spark, with teams transforming their bays into magical Christmas spaces filled with festive spirit and teamwork.

Adding to the excitement, we played Secret Santa for four days, building up the suspense and joy. On the celebration day, we finally exchanged gifts and revealed our Santas, creating moments of surprise and happiness.
