The Children’s Day celebrations at Innoval, Tvm, were a special event filled with fun and joy for children, parents, and all IVLions. The children were greeted with welcome cards and chocolates, and the giggle photo booth captured countless cheerful moments.

Various interactive stalls brought excitement to the day, including the Creative Corner for crafting, the Drawing & Painting Counter for budding artists, a Tattoos Corner for colorful designs, and an Accessory-Making Stall where children created their own beautiful trinkets. The Food Counter allowed kids to try their hands at making sandwiches, burgers, and fruit kebabs, while the Dance Reel Station had everyone grooving to lively tunes.

The games were a major highlight, adding thrills and laughter to the celebration. Children eagerly participated and won prizes in games like Bowling, Chess, X & O, Hoopla, Passing the Parcel, Memory Game, and a thrilling Treasure Hunt. Each activity brought joy and excitement, making the event even more memorable.

The spotlight of the day was on the children’s performances, where they showcased their incredible talents. From lively dances and melodious songs to keyboard recitals, quizzes, Kalari steps, and a special father-daughter performance, each act brought smiles and energy to the celebration.

The Diwali celebrations brought a vibrant and joyful atmosphere to our workplace. Preparations began a week in advance, with IVLions coming together to decorate the office and participate in dance and cultural programs. The team created beautiful Diwali-themed handcrafted decorations.

The event opened with a warm introduction, setting the stage for a delightful evening, featuring a Diwali-themed dumb charades that allowed participants to showcase their acting skills and add to the playful atmosphere. The cultural performances included a beautiful group song that set a melodious and welcoming ambience, followed by a colorful group dance with well-coordinated moves and lively expressions, bringing incredible energy to the event.

Adding a twist of fun, spot games hosted during the event had everyone laughing and competing in good spirits. The event concluded with a note of gratitude to all participants and attendees, followed by the distribution of Diwali sweets. Special thanks to the organizing team and support staff at IVL for all the arrangements. The 2024 Diwali celebrations left us with treasured memories, a strengthened sense of togetherness, and a renewed spirit for the coming year.

IVL’s Onam celebrations took off with the vibrant beats of Chenda Melam and a rally led by the beloved mythical king of Kerala, filling the air with joy, togetherness, and fun. A grand entry canvas welcomed everyone into the festive mode. The stunning Pookalam with the IVL logo showcased the vibrancy, energy, and diversity at IVL.

The mesmerizing Thiruvathira dance performance brought the cultural richness of Onam to life, complemented by a soulful song. The event was seamlessly hosted by our wonderful MCs. A fun musical chair game with IVLion pairs, along with other games like Bindhi for the Sundhari, Catch the Stick, Lemon & Spoon, and passing the glass on straws, stirred up the competitive spirit among the IVL teams. Team-wise creative photographs added to the festive colors. IVLions were treated to a delicious Sadhya, carefully coordinated by the organizing team.

Special thanks to everyone who supported and captured the Onam moments, and to those who added their spirit to the festivities. Congratulations to the Product Development Team for winning the overall Rolling Trophy, with Customer Support as the 1st Runner-Up. Independence Day Celebrations 2024 at IVL offices in Mumbai and Trivandrum were in full zest and national spirit. IVLions gathered together to remember the great sacrifices and challenges to attain our freedom. IVLions in vibrant ethnic wear, the themed songs, independence day quiz and a special video fostered a sense of pride and unity among all. The event concluded with the taking of the solemn pledge and singing of the national anthem.
