79th Independence Day Celebration at Innoval Trivandrum

Innoval Trivandrum proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day on Thursday, 14th August 2025, with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The office was adorned in a vibrant tricolor theme, creating a festive atmosphere filled with pride and unity.

The celebration began with a warm welcome and an inspiring address that set the tone for the day. Patriotic melodies filled the air through soulful solo and group performances, followed by an engaging quiz that brought energy and excitement to the audience. The Independence Day pledge united everyone in a moment of reflection and national pride.

The event also featured a certificate distribution ceremony recognizing achievers from various IVL House activities such as Cricket, Chess, Table Tennis, Darts, and Badminton. The celebration concluded with a lively group dance performance, leaving everyone in high spirits and marking a memorable end to the day.

IVL Dance Competition 2025

Innoval Digital Solutions celebrated the spirit of rhythm and creativity through the IVL Dance Competition 2025, held on 14th October. The event featured three dynamic rounds – Group Dance, Spot Dance, and Age-wise Dance – showcasing outstanding performances from all four houses. The stage came alive with energy, teamwork, and artistic expression, reflecting the vibrant culture of the IVL community.

In the Group Dance category, Mavericks secured the top position, followed by Dracarys, Vermithor, and Kairos. The Spot Dance round saw Dracarys take the lead, with Vermithor, Kairos, and Mavericks following. The Age-wise Dance round added a unique charm, with Dracarys emerging as the winner, followed by Kairos and Mavericks.

A special note of appreciation to the judging panel for their valuable time and fair evaluation, and to the organizing team for their seamless coordination and support. Heartfelt thanks to all participants and houses for their enthusiasm and spirited performances that made the event a resounding success.

Industry Visit – Infant Jesus College of Women, Kanyakumari | 19 Sep 2025

On Friday, 19th September 2025, 34 Computer Science students and 2 faculty members from Infant Jesus College of Women, Kanyakumari visited IVL for an engaging industry connect session.

The event began with an introduction to the organization, its technology landscape, and various career paths in the IT industry. The session featured insightful discussions on SAP, ERP, and enterprise solutions, as well as valuable perspectives on the transition from campus to corporate life and continuous learning.

The program also included an overview of IVL’s learning and placement initiatives and explored ways to strengthen industry–academia collaboration.

The IWD 2025 theme calls for action that can unlock equal rights, power and opportunities for all and a future where no one is left behind. At IVL, the events from 05-07 Mar, 2025 reminded that this is part of our DNA and is truly practiced. A flash mob marked the start of celebrations followed by an online quiz highlighting the social, economic cultural, sports, technical and political achievements of women. The Women Entrepreneur Stalls showcased creativity, selling skills and talent outside work. Our Guest speaker – Ms. Anjali Vinod spoke on styling for all; tips and tricks to enhance one’s personality to rightly fit into the occasion and get the best out of self. Celebrating IWD 2025 with #IVLCares where IVLions were treated to a variety of snacks; cakes with special flavours prepared by specially abled volunteers from the Different Art Centre (Magic Planet, Tvm) was truly touching and meaningful.
On Friday; the men at IVL warmly welcomed their lady colleagues and treated them with roses and sweets and in turn they were appreciated by specially designed IWD cards and sweets. The women connect sessions fostered a deeper engagement and Gift-A-Surprise where women exchanged thoughtful gifts celebrated each other’s strength and support. And the IWD badges were presented by IVL men to appreciate and honour the women colleagues.

This Christmas season, our office was brimming with festive cheer, joy, and togetherness as we celebrated the holidays in grand style. The celebrations were packed with fun, food, and memorable moments that brought everyone closer.

We started with a delightful potluck where everyone shared delicious dishes, creating a feast to remember. Our Bay Decoration Contest added a creative spark, with teams transforming their bays into magical Christmas spaces filled with festive spirit and teamwork.

Adding to the excitement, we played Secret Santa for four days, building up the suspense and joy. On the celebration day, we finally exchanged gifts and revealed our Santas, creating moments of surprise and happiness.

The carrom tournament held on the 12th and 13th of December at Innoval Digital Solutions’ Mumbai office was a thrilling display of talent, strategy, and teamwork among our IVLions. This event, part of our inter-house activities, brought together participants from all houses, showcasing their skills and determination. In the Mixed Doubles category, Kairos emerged as champions, with Dracarys securing second place, followed by Vermithor in third and Mavericks in fourth. The Men’s Doubles category saw Vermithor claiming the top spot, with Mavericks coming in second, Kairos in third, and Dracarys in fourth. The success of this tournament was made possible through the enthusiastic participation of our employees and the exceptional coordination efforts of Harikrishnan S Unnithan , who ensured every detail was executed flawlessly. A big round of applause to all players for their sportsmanship and dedication, and to everyone involved in making this event a grand success.
