With the rise in security issues on the internet both on the official and personal front, Innoval facilitated a session on Cyber Security in association with ICT Academy of Kerala. The senior knowledge officer Mr. Hareesh Rajendran facilitated the session touching the key areas of #Top_Security_Threats, #Awareness on E-Mail Security and Phishing, #Safegaurd sensitive data, Developing security first mindset, #Best cyber hygiene practises for employees with samples of websites/portals that can be safely approached prior setting security walls in the devices. It was enriching when IVLions participated in the live test scenarios and clarifications.

A big shout out to all the participants of the softskill training by Sharpskills, at IVL Trivandrum office. The powerpacked sessions of 20 hours included #Customer_Delight #Team_Work, #Accountability #Corporate _Email_Call_Etiquette, #Listening_skills #Business_Communication where each of them participated in role plays, presentations, a lot of talking enjoying their progress. They explored the secrets of the 3 V’s of Communication, listening through RASA, PREP, 3 W’s, BLUFF and a lot more. Let’s be the enablers to help them practise and live these learnings to the best and in turn embed the professionalism in each IVLion!

Also great thanks to all the managers and heads who took out time for the interaction with the facilitator, Ms. Sangeetha, sharing the learnings, challenges and the expectations to understand their role to extended support for all the new learners. #IVL_Learning_Culture!

IVL conducted a workshop on Leadership, Communication and People skills recently at Technopark as part of continuous learning program for IVLions.

All these skills are vital especially in the current ‘Digital Era’ and the participants made good use of this workshop to understand various insights and concepts.

The program was successfully organised along with Mrs Sangeetha Panicker from Sharp Skills.
